Requirements

• Active Utah or Compact RN license
• At least 2 years of hospital RN experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – required within set timeframes after hire
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – required within set timeframes after hire
• Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course – required within set timeframes after hire
• NIH Stroke Scale – required within set timeframes
