Travel ER Registered Nurse - $2,966 per week

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse for an Emergency Department assignment in Lansing, Michigan. This 13-week assignment begins on August 18, 2026, with a 12-hour night shift and 48 hours worked per week.

Responsibilities

• Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
• Arterial line management
• BiPAP/CPAP management
• Blood product administration
• Care of ventilated patient
• Central line care/management
• Continuous IV sedation
• CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident) management
• Interpretation of arterial blood gases (ABGs)
• Isolation precautions/PPE
• IV vasopressors administration
• Phlebotomy
• Procedural sedation administration/monitoring
• Starting and maintaining IVs
• Triage
• EPIC charting

Requirements

• Active state RN license
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification (by AHA)
• PALS certification
• TNCC certification
• NIHSS certification
• ENPC certification (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department
• Level I trauma experience (required)
• EPIC charting experience (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent (proof required)

Preferred Experience

• First-time travel nurses accepted
• Continuous IV sedation and procedural sedation administration
• Triage experience

Pay

Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may differ and are subject to change during an assignment.
