Travel ER Registered Nurse - $2,861 per week

About the Role

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Saint Louis, Missouri. This assignment lasts 13.14 weeks and is scheduled to start on August 17, 2026. Shift: 12 HR Nights, 48 total weekly hours.

Required Experience & Certifications

• Required Experience: Usually 3 years of experience required, will consider 2-3 years if the candidate has Level I trauma center experience and one travel assignment. Travel experience required. Not accepting first-timers.
• Preferred Experience: Previous Charge Experience preferred. Trauma Level I & II Experience preferred.
• Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIHSS, TNCC
• Licensure: Pending License accepted. MO: Submit without license OK; requires MO or compact. IL: License in hand required at the time of submittal. Compact license must match permanent residence, otherwise submit for update + confirm ETA.

• Acute psychosis, Arterial line management, BiPAP/CPAP management, Blood Product Administration, Care of Ventilated Patient, Central line care/management, Chest tube insertion/management, Continuous IV sedation, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Drug overdose, Emergency Medications, Gunshot wounds, Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions/PPE, IV vasopressors, Level I Trauma Center, Level II Trauma Center, Management of dysrhythmias, Managing violent behavior, Neuro-Trauma, Ortho trauma, Phlebotomy, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Spinal cord injury, Starting and maintaining IVs, STEMI Certified Facility, Stroke Certified Facility, Suicidal patient, Traumatic amputation, Traumatic Brain injury, Triage.
• Special Requirements: Interpretation & management of dysrhythmias, EPIC, Level I Trauma experience. Will need to pass Relias EKG exam.

Additional Requirements

• No local candidates accepted within 75-mile radius.
• All travelers will float within the service line.
• Navy scrub color required. Must have stethoscope and trauma sheers.
• Will work in a fast-paced, high volume, high acuity department.
• Must frequently staff in the behavioral health ED POD.
