Travel ER Registered Nurse - $2,432 per week

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Room (ER) team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of recent ER nursing experience and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' clinical conditions, recognizing and interpreting serious situations to prioritize immediate actions.
• Initiate appropriate measures in emergency situations when the physician is not immediately available.
• Operate and monitor emergency care equipment, including infusion pumps and ventilators.
• Administer therapeutic measures as prescribed by the physician, including medications and IV therapy.
• Record nursing interventions and the status of coordinated activities with other professional disciplines.
• Plan and develop care delivery plans while managing documentation of care.
• Assist in maintaining adequate supplies and equipment and uphold a safe environment in the unit.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent ER nursing experience.
• Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC (Mandatory).
• Ventilator experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
