About the role
Join a large, high-acuity Emergency Department with 80 treatment spaces, providing care in a modern and equipped environment. Our team is experienced, collaborative, and supportive, focused on delivering high-quality patient care, with specialties in geriatric emergency care as the area's first ACEP accredited geriatric ED.
Schedule
Shifts are 12 hours, with a rotation of 3P-3A or 7P-7A. The position includes a weekend requirement of one weekend shift per week or two weekend shifts every other weekend. Candidates must also be available to work at least one holiday during the contract period.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care in a high-stakes emergency environment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilize EPIC for patient charting and documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the Emergency Department.
Requirements
- 2 years of recent RN experience required.
- 2 years of U.S. work history required for non-U.S. candidates.
- Active New York RN license.
- NIH and AHA BLS certifications are mandatory.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
