Job Description & Requirements

- Shift: 12 hours, nights (7 PM to 7 AM)

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, documenting all care provided.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Active RN license.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
- PALS certification preferred.
