Travel ER Registered Nurse - $1,810 per week

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for an Emergency Department assignment in Monroe, Michigan.

About the Role

This assignment lasts 10 weeks, starting on August 17, 2026, with a schedule of 12-hour night shifts and a total of 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias
• Administer blood products and provide central line care/management
• Perform procedural sedation administration
• Provide cardiac monitoring and emergency response, including IV therapy, IV vasopressors, and continuous IV sedation
• Conduct triage and implement isolation precautions
• Care for patients across various age groups: Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
• Adhere to a patient ratio of 1:4
• Float to other units and/or facilities if needed
• Use Epic charting system
• Meet ProMedica behavioral expectations with a teamwork approach

Requirements

• Active Michigan RN license (in hand, pending licenses not accepted)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience
• No first-time travel nurses accepted
• Travel experience required
• Teaching hospital experience preferred
• Level II trauma center experience preferred
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS (BCLS), NIHSS, PALS, TNCC
• Epic charting experience required
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of Monroe, Michigan (no locals accepted)
• Must adhere to the call-off policy (strongly enforced)
• COVID-19 and flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Two professional references from the last 24 months
• SSN, DOB, and AHA certifications required for submittal
