About the role
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. The ER RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs and implementing appropriate interventions, while also collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with established protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and document in electronic health records.
- Provide emergency care for a varied patient population including pediatrics.
- Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience.
- Current RN license in South Carolina or Multi State/Compact RN license.
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS.
- Epic experience is required.
- PREFERRED: CPI and TNCC certifications.
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience in a hospital setting.
- Knowledge of trauma care and critical illness management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Night shifts: 3x12 hours (7 PM - 7 AM). Every other weekend required.
