Responsibilities The Emergency Room RN (ER RN) is responsible for assessing and recording patient symptoms and histories, and developing comprehensive care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members. Key duties include managing care for patients with critical conditions, performing triage interventions, assisting physicians with exams, diagnostic testing, and treatments, and preparing, administering, and documenting prescribed medications.
