About the role
A hospital in South Dakota is looking for a night/day RN to work a 15-week travel assignment. The travel ER Nurse will need to function in a rural setting, working in the ER/Med Surg, and hold TNCC and ACLS certifications.
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency care to patients in the Emergency Department
- Treatment of medical and surgical conditions
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
- Document patient care in medical records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- TNCC and ACLS certifications
Qualifications
- Experience in an acute care setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
