Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience required; Acute Care / MS Tele experience preferred; first‑timers may be considered based on prior experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Must have an active Tennessee RN license or compact license in hand at time of submission; pending licenses not accepted.
• Two professional references required (can be pending at time of submission).
• Completion of orientation modules (2‑4 hours on average) and annual modules required.
• Travel pairs allowed; return staff eligible to return.

Skills

• Experience with Cerner charting system.
• Previous charge experience (leadership skill).
