MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Electrophysiology Technician for a 13‑week travel assignment in Salt Lake City, Utah, starting October 19, 2026. The position involves 36 hours per week on 12‑hour day shifts as a travel EP Tech. MedPro Healthcare Staffing, a Joint Commission‑certified agency, partners with top healthcare facilities to provide contract staffing.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with patient care in the electrophysiology lab through technical support to the cardiac catheterization and EP team.
• Use imaging equipment to help the doctor detect and treat heart and blood vessel issues.
• Execute any noninvasive course of action.
• Review the patient’s history and verify the medical order.
• Evaluate images by checking quality and ensuring the area of interest is included.
• Be familiar with differences between normal and abnormal images.
• Communicate image results to the doctor.
• Assist physicians in performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the EP lab.
• Assure compliance with federal, state, and local technical and professional regulations and accepted practice guidelines.
