Travel EP Lab RN - $2,530 per week

About the role

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN for an Electrophysiology Lab position in Seattle, Washington. This is an immediate travel opening requiring at least one year of EP Lab experience. You will work with a highly skilled team of medical professionals, assisting physicians with equipment maintenance, monitoring, and a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Responsibilities

• Learn complex technologies effectively
• Assist physicians with procedures that diagnose and treat heart rhythm problems
• Assist with ablations, pacemaker and defibrillator implants, cardioversions, loop recorder implants and more
• Assist with diagnostic studies such as cardiac mapping and EP studies

Requirements

• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of EP Lab experience (at least 1 year required)
• Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment

Skills

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Ability to bend, lean, and stoop without difficulty
• Capable of lifting 20 pounds; moving or lifting patients may require up to 50 pounds
• Good stress‑coping skills
• Ability to relate to people of all ages and backgrounds

Pay

Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Duration: 13 weeks; 40 hours per week; shift: 10 hours, days.
