About the role
ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Endoscopy for a travel nursing job in Nyack, New York. This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break
- 40 hours per week
- 8-hour shifts, days
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures
- Administer care during endoscopy procedures including EGD and colonoscopy
- Monitor patients' vital signs and cardiac conditions
- Participate in endoscopic ultrasounds and bronchoscopies as needed
- Ensure a safe and effective pre, intra, and post-operative experience
- Utilize Epic for patient charting and records management
Required Experience & Certifications
- Must have endoscopy experience
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Knowledge of vital signs and cardiac monitoring
- Experience with Epic electronic charting system preferred
