Job Summary
The position involves providing high-quality emergency care in a Level 1 or Level 2 trauma environment. The assignment is scheduled for 12-hour night shifts, requiring a dedicated healthcare professional to work a minimum of 48 hours per week for a 10-week duration, starting August 24, 2026.

Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of emergency department experience in a similar-sized emergency department with trauma level 1 or 2 experience;
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), and TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certifications;
- Trauma Certification (ATCN, TNCC, ATLC);
- Prior Cerner experience is strongly preferred;
- Active VA or Compact license required at the time of submission;
- All return-to-work documentation must be included at submission
Additional Information
- Must have emergency room experience with trauma level 1 or 2;
- IVS approval from the manager is required;
- Local candidates within 60 miles are not accepted;
- Assignments may be canceled up to 36 hours prior due to census fluctuations;
- Assignments end on Saturday;
- Must work every other weekend
