Certifications and Requirements Current California nursing license BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications are required Current TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification Experience with EPIC charting A minimum of 2 years of prior emergency room experience in a Level II trauma center or higher, including exposure to pediatrics, trauma, STEMI, and stroke patients Current ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) certification is preferred Facility Overview This position is within a Level II Trauma Center and a Joint Commission Accredited STEMI and Stroke Receiving Center, featuring: 5 pods and 49 beds with a maximum patient-to-nurse ratio of 4:1 Approximately 68,000 annual emergency visits Thrive Staffing Job ID #19354514.
