Cure Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Emergency Department (ED) for a travel nursing assignment in Des Moines, Iowa. This is a 13-week position starting on 08/23/2026, with a schedule of 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts (06:30 AM - 18:30 PM). The role is classified as a travel position.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in the Emergency Department.
- Adhere to facility protocols and maintain compliance with healthcare standards.
Requirements
- Current Iowa RN license.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Additional certifications relevant to Emergency Department nursing.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an ER/ED setting.
- Primary residence must be located at least 50 miles from the facility address to qualify as a travel assignment.
Pay
Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) and includes a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
