Job Summary

The role involves providing high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment, supporting a diverse patient population with various urgent and critical conditions, including trauma, stroke, STEMI, and sepsis. The position offers an opportunity to work within a well-equipped facility serving the Four Corners region, with the flexibility of a 12-hour night shift schedule.

Job Details

  • Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

  • RN license in good standing
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • Certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
  • Certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Certified in Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) from the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • At least 2 years of emergency department experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in trauma, stroke, STEMI, and sepsis cases
  • Familiarity with moderate sedation

Additional Information

  • Team nursing and pod system used in the emergency department
  • Social worker and unit educator assigned
  • Exposure to equipment such as Zoll Defibrillator, Blood Transfuser, Blood Warmer, and ultrasound-guided IV procedures

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
