MedPro Healthcare Staffing, a Joint Commission‑certified staffing agency, is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Emergency Department in Wausau, Wisconsin. This is a 13‑week travel assignment starting October 26, 2026, with 36 hours per week on 12‑hour day shifts.
Responsibilities
Emergency Room registered nurses (RN) provide care for patients with various illnesses or trauma requiring emergency attention, recognize and treat life‑threatening conditions, assess, intervene and stabilize trauma and illness, prioritize injuries via triage, and make quick, accurate assessments of patients’ physical and mental health.
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Degree from an accredited nursing program
- BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC may be required
- Minimum eighteen months of recent experience in an acute care Emergency Room setting
- Additional requirements as determined by the client facility

Pay
Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined; weekly pay and direct deposit are provided.
