Job Details Certifications, Education, and Experience: Valid nursing license, Associates or Bachelors Degree in Nursing, at least 1 year of clinical experience, and current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week. Responsibilities: Providing triage, patient assessment, and care coordination; communicating effectively with physicians about patient status, symptoms, and diagnostic results; responding quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition. Additional Information: Position requires demonstrating the ability to prioritize based on physical and psychosocial needs, and responding swiftly to patient care needs in a rural hospital emergency setting.
