Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in Asheville, North Carolina. This position involves providing high-quality emergency care in a high-volume, Level II trauma center and comprehensive stroke center. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency care in a Level II trauma center and comprehensive stroke center.
• Support a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
• Update patient boards throughout the visit.
• Demonstrate respectful behavior and utilize AIDET communication.
• Perform procedures on the unit and adhere to unit policies.
• Coach and give real‑time feedback to team members.
• Work flexibly across all areas of the Emergency Department.

Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in an ER setting.
• Teamwork mentality.
• Ability to coach and give feedback in real time.
• Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED.
• Previous HCA experience preferred.
• Must provide documentation for all certifications before the start date.

Schedule
