Job Notes
Personal health history documentation for COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, fit test, hepatitis B, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot), varicella, and a physical/health statement are required. Completion of a Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen is also necessary.
