Travel Emergency Room RN - $2,090 per week

Job Summary

Emergency Room (ER) Nurse position in a bustling emergency department located in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing urgent care to low to moderate acuity patients, managing assessments, medication administration, wound care, IV placements, and lab draws. The position requires teamwork, compassion, and a sense of urgency to deliver timely, high-quality patient care during overnight shifts.

Schedule

Night shift, 12‑hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, from 09/14/2026 to 12/14/2026 (13 weeks). Start date: 10/19/2026.

Required Qualifications

• Valid nursing license
• Emergency Department (ED) experience
• TNCC, ENPC or PALS, ACLS, BLS certifications
• Candidates with less than two years of ED experience are eligible

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) or Trauma Certified Registered Nurse (TCRN)
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training
• More than two years of ED experience
• Experience with cardiac monitors, Baxter IV pumps, and other emergency equipment

Additional Information

• Most shifts involve low‑acuity patients with a patient ratio of 1:4
• Shift huddles occur at 7 am and 7 pm
• Department values timely care delivery for stroke, STEMI, sepsis, and trauma patients
• Staff wear royal blue scrubs; seasonal jerseys are worn on Sundays

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
