Emergency Room RN position at a Level III trauma center serving the Four Corners region. This role focuses on providing immediate and specialized emergency care with an emphasis on trauma, stroke, STEMI, sepsis, and moderate sedation management in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Unit details

• 48 beds with flex space
• Patient ratios: 4:1 in the main emergency department, 6:1 in fast track
• Team nursing and Pod System model
• Social worker assigned to department
• Unit educator available

Patient population

• ESRD
• Cirrhosis
• COPD
• Psychiatric

Requirements

• RN ADN required
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC (must be from AHA) required
• 0 years minimum experience required

Schedule

• Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 12-hour shifts
• Minimum of 36 hours per week, weekly guaranteed hours: 36
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 09/21/2026
