MedPro Healthcare Staffing (Joint Commission‑certified) is seeking a Registered Nurse for an Emergency Department travel assignment in Austin, Texas. Specialty: ED – Emergency Department. Discipline: RN. Start date: November 1, 2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Schedule: 36 hours per week, 12‑hour night shifts. Employment type: Travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients with various illnesses or trauma requiring emergency attention and recognize/treat life‑threatening conditions.
• Assess, intervene, and stabilize a variety of trauma and illnesses with decisive action.
• Maintain knowledge of general and specific health issues relevant to emergency care.
• Understand and apply triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients, including physical and mental health conditions.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC may be required depending on the position.
• Minimum eighteen months of recent experience in an acute care Emergency Room setting.
• Additional requirements may be specified by the
