Emergency Room Registered Nurse in a shift-based role, based in the emergency department, providing critical patient care in a fast-paced environment. The position involves delivering high-quality, patient-centered care utilizing nursing skills and clinical judgment in accordance with hospital policies and state Nurse Practice Act. The RN will demonstrate leadership, critical thinking, and maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the emergency department.
• Utilize nursing skills and clinical judgment per hospital policies and state Nurse Practice Act.
• Demonstrate leadership and critical thinking.
• Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education.
• Manage patient care in a 12‑bed unit with patient ratios ranging from 1:4 to 1:6.
• Work with EMR systems EDIS/Medhost.
• Float rotation may be required (per float note), though the assignment specifies no call or floating is required.

Requirements

• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• Minimum 2+ years of ER RN experience.
• No specific degree or education requirements specified.
• Open to clinicians with pending state licenses.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 12‑hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
