About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a 13-week assignment starting July 29, 2026, in Merriam, Kansas.
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency care to patients
- Perform triage and assess patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as necessary
- Document patient care and treatment in medical records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Kansas
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in emergency department setting preferred

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
