Role Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care across all hospital units, including:
• Emergency care and acute stabilization in ER
• Inpatient bedside nursing care
• Outpatient treatment and procedures
• Swing bed patient management and recovery support
• Perform clinical assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
• Work in a small, fast-paced critical access hospital setting
• Requires strong clinical independence and adaptability
• Comfortable working in multi-unit coverage model
