About the role
The facility in central Montana needs ER nurses for a 13-week contract starting as a day shift with variable start times. The position will involve assisting in both the Emergency Department and potentially other units like Med/Surg and LTC when the ER is less busy.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing patient flow in the Emergency Department
- Perform triage and provide initial medical care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and quality of care
- Document patient interactions and treatments accurately
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Montana
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in an acute care setting preferred
