About the role
The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Medicine department will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role involves treating diverse patient populations in a Level 1 Trauma Center and requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Perform initial assessments and develop nursing care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain vigilance over patient conditions and respond to changes in status.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- ACLS, PALS certification required; CEN preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in an emergency or critical care setting preferred.
- Completion of all Pennsylvania clearances before starting.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
