About the role

Travel nurse RN position in the Emergency Department at a facility in Danville, Virginia. 13‑week assignment, 36 hours per week, night shift (7 p.m.–7 a.m.), rotating weekends as needed, no call requirement.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification
• Handle with Care (available on‑site)
• NIH certification
• PALS or ENPC certification
• Minimum 5+ years of recent Emergency Department experience
• Ability to float as needed
• Experience with MedHost (ED) EHR and Meditech for admit holds

Schedule

• Shift: 12‑hour nights (7 p.m.–7 a.m.)
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36 hours
• Weekend rotation: rotating weekends/as needed
• Call requirement: None
