MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Emergency Department (ED) in Ocala, Florida. Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients with various illnesses or trauma requiring emergency attention and recognize and effectively treat life‑threatening conditions.
• Assess, intervene, and stabilize a variety of trauma and illnesses with decisive action.
• Maintain knowledge of general and specific health issues to address the range of conditions needing urgent treatment.
• Understand and apply triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients, including physical and mental health conditions.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC may be required for some positions.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an acute care Emergency Room setting.
• Additional requirements may be determined by the client facility.

Pay

Weekly pay estimates include a gross estimate of hourly wages and reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing. The pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 48.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
