Travel Emergency Dept RN - $2,190 per week

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for an Emergency Department travel assignment in Johnstown, Pennsylvania.

About the Role

This is a 13-week travel assignment with a start date of 08/17/2026. The schedule is 36 hours per week, with 16-hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients with various types of illness or trauma requiring emergency attention and recognize and effectively treat life-threatening conditions.
• Assess, intervene, and stabilize a variety of trauma and illnesses with decisive action.
• Apply knowledge of general and specific health issues to treat urgent medical conditions.
• Understand triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients, including both physical and mental health conditions.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC may be required (varies by position).
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting.
• Additional requirements may be determined by the client facility.
