Travel Emergency Dept RN - $2,046 per week
About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at providing urgent care to patients with a low acuity, possess strong teamwork skills, and have experience in a trauma environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and document findings.
- Administer medications and manage IVs.
- Provide wound care and perform lab draws.
- Care for patients classified as ESI 1 through 5.
- Participate in mandatory shift huddles at the beginning of each shift.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in an emergency department, preferably Level II or Level III trauma.
- Current certifications: TNCC, ENPC or PALS, ACLS, and BLS.
- Compassion, urgency, and teamwork skills.
- Preferred certifications: CEN or TCRN, and CPI training (not mandatory).
Schedule
- 13‑week contract.
- Night shift: 7 PM – 7 AM (12‑hour shifts).
- 36 hours per week.
Pay
Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Contract and local rates may vary based on location and applicant residency.
