Travel Emergency Dept RN - $1,977 per week

About the Role

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Emergency Department in Warrenton, Virginia. This is a 13-week contract position with 36 hours per week, working 12-hour night shifts (19:00 - 07:00). We are seeking a highly motivated and self-sufficient Registered Nurse who can perform all necessary ER tasks, ensuring positive experiences for patients and their families while adhering to operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessment, medication administration, and collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Perform phlebotomy, IV, EKG, splinting, and wound care.
• Monitor and assess patients across the age spectrum.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) system: Meditech.
• Support the supervision of patient care under the guidance of ER management.
• Participate in team-oriented care planning and implementation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience.
• Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, NIHSS.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced emergency environment is preferred.
