Travel Emergency Dept RN - $1,887 per week

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Travel RN for a Detox Unit. The ideal candidate will have experience with CIWA/COWS and a strong background in patient care across varied age groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a detox setting.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Conduct bedside shift reports and participate in the unit’s daily processes.
• Assist with procedures and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the EHR system.

Requirements

• Current RN license in Tennessee.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience; 5 years preferred.
• Certifications: BLS, ALS, and PALS (handle with care training after hire).
• Experience in substance abuse treatments and understanding of CIWA/COWS protocols.
