About the role

Join a highly respected team as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, where you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care. Work within a Level II trauma center and comprehensive stroke center, serving a diverse community with over 120 languages spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient assessments and interventions.
• Utilize advanced technology and equipment to monitor and treat patients.
• Maintain effective communication with patients and their families throughout the care process.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in the emergency department.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in an emergency department setting.
• Valid RN license and certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS, ENPC.
• Teamwork mentality and ability to provide real-time feedback.
• Flexibility to work within all areas of the emergency department.

Schedule

• Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
• 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
• Duration: 13 weeks starting 09/21/2026
