About the role
MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Kapaa, Hawaii.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients from various types of illness or trauma requiring emergency attention.
- Recognize and effectively treat life-threatening conditions.
- Intervene and stabilize a variety of trauma and illnesses with decisive action.
- Understand and properly apply triage based on medical need.
- Make quick and accurate assessments about incoming patients, including both physical and mental health conditions.
Requirements
- Active RN License
- Accredited nursing program degree
- BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC may be required in some positions
- Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting
- Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
36 hours per week, 12 hours shift.
