Travel Emergency Department RN - $2,416 per week

About the role

Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a 13-week assignment starting August 10, 2026, in Urbana, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
• Document patient care activities accurately and in compliance with hospital policies.
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during stressful situations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a ED RN, but exceptional candidates with strong passion may be considered.
• Valid certification and/or licensure in the state of practice, if applicable.
• Valid Driver’s License and the ability to travel between assignment locations.
• Pass a background check and drug screen to meet healthcare industry standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a ED RN is preferred, but we are open to exceptional candidates with a strong passion.
• Valid certification and/or licensure in the state of practice, if applicable.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and composure, especially during stressful and fast-paced moments in the healthcare setting.
• Valid Driver’s License and the ability to travel between assignment locations.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen to meet healthcare industry standards.

Pay and Schedule
