Requirements
- Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC
- Certifications Preferred: NRP
Qualifications
- Experience Required: 2+
- Knowledge of nursing process & clinical nursing practices
- Perform thorough assessments & communicate findings effectively
- Proficient in administering medications & monitoring side effects
- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail in documenting patient care
- Knowledge of safety standards, infection control & quality improvement initiatives
- Demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care
- Clinical Experience: Emergency Department, Level 3 Trauma, Patient Ratio: 4:1, Floating within nurse's scope and experience
