Travel Emergency Department RN - $2,203 per week

About the role

Canyon Vista Medical Center, located in the beautiful high desert of southeastern Arizona, is seeking a travel nurse RN for their Emergency Department (ED).

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care to patients as needed.
• Assess patient conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements

• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• American Red Cross (AHA) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Cardiac Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• National Board of Licensure for Certified Nursing Assistants (NBLCNA) Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in an emergency department setting.
• Experience with trauma and pediatric care preferred.

Qualifications

Candidates must be willing to work 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, and be within 60 miles of the facility to qualify for travel status.

Benefits

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
