Position Description The RN in the Emergency Department will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to provide effective emergency care to patients. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency department patients. Perform triage, providing critical care to patients in urgent need. Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations. Qualifications Current RN license in the state. Completion of Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC). Previous experience in an emergency department setting is preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
