About the role
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a 13-week assignment in Clyde, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Triage patients and provide initial assessment
- Perform emergency procedures as necessary
- Document patient care in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care continuity
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in an acute care setting preferred
Qualifications
- Geriatric, adult primarily; some pediatric cases may be encountered
- Experience working in an emergency department setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
