Travel Emergency Department RN - $2,060 per week

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to handle a wide variety of clinical situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including triage, assessment, and intervention.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team, implementing patient care plans and monitoring patient progress.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the electronic health record system (Cerner).
• Adhere to safety protocols and hospital standards to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

• Must have a valid RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in an Emergency Room setting.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS certifications are required prior to start date.
• Experience in a Level II trauma center or high-volume ED preferred.

Pay & Schedule

The Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
