Travel Emergency Department RN - $1,934 per week

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for an Emergency Department assignment in Twin Falls, Idaho.

About the Role

This 13-week travel assignment begins on August 10, 2026, with a schedule of 12-hour evening shifts and a total of 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care in a trauma-inclusive environment (e.g., MVAs, GSWs, stabbings)
• Perform triage assessments
• Titrate critical gtts and perform procedural sedation for adults and pediatrics
• Manage drips requiring filter tubing and administer blood products/components via rapid infuser

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of ER experience
• Some trauma experience
• Triage experience
• 2–3 successfully completed travel assignments at different locations (no extensions)
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
• Active nursing license

Preferred Qualifications

• Trauma Bay experience
• ENPC certification
• Epic charting experience (specify if unavailable)

Pay
