Junxion Med Staffing is looking for an ER RN to take an assignment in Spruce Pine, North Carolina. This assignment lasts 13 weeks and is scheduled to start on August 10, 2026.

About the role

This is a travel nursing position in the Emergency Department (ED) with a 13-week duration. The role requires 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift.

Responsibilities

  • Provide care for emergency patient populations
  • Perform advanced emergency procedures, including:
    • Bedside cardioversion
    • Procedural sedation
    • Splinting
    • Assisting with intubation
  • Utilize excellent assessment skills in high-pressure situations

Requirements

  • ED experience (required)
  • ICU experience (preferred)
  • Cardiac experience
  • Advanced skills in ACLS, PALS, trauma, and cardiac care

Qualifications

  • Active RN license
  • Certifications Required:
    • ACLS
    • NIH
    • PALS or ENPC
    • BLS
    • TNCC (preferred)
    • TNCCT

Pay

Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may differ and may be subject to change during an assignment.

Schedule

  • 12-hour night shifts
  • 36 hours per week
