Schedule
- 12-hour night shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- No call, no floating, no 48-hour return-to-work obligation (must be requested in submission packet and made up at end of contract)
- RTO blackout: Labor Day
Responsibilities
- Triage of patients
- Critical thinking and assessment
- Nursing skills including IV/IO insertion, chest-tube management, catheterization
- Critical-care drip management
- Cardiac monitoring competency
- Patient ratio: 4:1 (variable)
- EMR: First Net (Cerner)
- Scrub color: Royal blue
Requirements
- Active RN licensure
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications
- CPI certification (may be obtained after contract start; provided on-site)
- Minimum 1 year of ED experience
- Critical-care assessment and management skills
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
- Permanent home address must be included in submission (do not include SSN)
Pay
Bill rate: $70 per hour. Pay package includes tax-free stipend (amount to be determined) based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week.
