Travel Emergency Department RN - $1,488 per week

About the role

The large ER in Wichita, Kansas, is seeking experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Emergency Department (ED) specialists for a 13-week travel contract. The position requires a current Kansas or compact license, ACLS, BLS, ENPC, NIHSS, PALS certifications, and 2 years of recent ER experience.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients and provide initial assessment
• Administer medications and treatments as necessary
• Perform diagnostic tests and monitor patient progress
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans
• Document patient care activities and medical history accurately

Requirements

• Current Kansas or compact RN license
• A minimum of 2 years of recent ER experience
• ACLS, BLS, ENPC, NIHSS, PALS certifications
