Travel Emergency Department RN - $1,409 per week

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for an Emergency Department assignment in Asheville, North Carolina.

About the role

This 13-week travel assignment starts on July 30, 2026, with a schedule of 10-hour night shifts and a total of 24 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a Level 2 trauma center and comprehensive stroke center with a high-volume ED (~100,000 visits)
• Work collaboratively with the ED team, demonstrating flexibility across all areas of the department
• Coach and provide real-time feedback to colleagues

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in an Emergency Department setting
• Experience in a Level 2 trauma center and comprehensive stroke center preferred
• Previous HCA experience preferred
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

Certifications

• ACLS (required before start date)
• BLS (required before start date)
• PALS (required before start date)
• TNCC (required before start date)
• CPI (required before start date)
• NIHSS (required before start date)
• ENPC (required within 90 days of hire)
