Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse - $2,356 per week

About the role

We are seeking experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurses (RN) for rotating night and evening shifts. The primary requirement at this time is for night shifts, with flexibility to accommodate the scheduling needs of the department.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.
• Manage a patient ratio of 1:4, can be up to 5 with lower acuity patients.
• Care for patients of all age ranges, from infants to geriatrics.
• Assist in the management of various medical conditions and emergencies.
• Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in floating to other sister ED facilities as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of ED nursing experience required.
• Current RN license in Maryland or compact state required.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI, NIHSS; NRP and TNCC preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Knowledge of emergency room procedures and protocols.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Rotating night/evening shifts: 3x12 (19:00 - 07:30) or 4x12 accepted.
